Production kitchen next week, 5 more weeks of service and this Will all be over ! No more 5am days and i can finally have a life again ! Not that i actually had much of a life when i did anyway :/. Anyway i'm getting C for professionalism because of all the stuff i forget and all the lectures i skip. I should be averaging a B in culi prac but i don't know if that will hold. I decided to put my back into this awhile ago but i keep getting distracted and end up exhausted for the next day, last week was a real bummer because of that ! I could have gotten an A GAH ! Anyway no more messing around gotta focus and sleep early ! I'll try at least, SO MANY DISTRACTIONS !

I had a great weekend ! It was relaxing and very enjoyable. Went to an African opera and it was great ! It was pretty amazing how they could recreate some of Mozart's pieces through the use of a native wooden keyboard ( i have no idea what this instrument is called yet ) and by stomping their feet. Oh i also won myself another xbox360 because i bleed awesome juice which leaked into my coke zero bottle, making it super awesome which then produced a magic number at the bottom of the cap which contained the winning code for my brand new xbox 360 ! Suck on that universe ! God I'm so awesomeeeeeeee collecting it this weekend :) I'm still thinking about what to do with it. Hmmmmmmmmmm

They say what doesn't destroy you makes you stronger, i'll be able to punch a whale into space at this rate. I'm losing my temper and i've been very irritable lately. Just to forget it and move on just doesn't cut it anymore, not this time. I'm sick and tired of fat bitch behaviour and i'm sick of whiners with incredibly retarded behaviour. 11 more weeks of this, gotta live through this without slicing any throats.

GAH ! I have to chill out, put on a fresh face for tomorrow's orientation. Come on Nicholas ! Time to smile and forget what the future holds.

Kitchen was crazy today ! We totally screwed up this time round because of our fucking roux ! It took forever to brown and i had no idea the clarified butter was not to be evaluated and I wasted so much time because of that. The results at the end of the day were pretty satisfactory though, if only we didn't take an extra 1 1/2 hour ! But i had to admit that amidst the chaos and raising tempers around, i had quite a rush ! And i realised today what you really need to do is to understand WTF you need to do and when. But I have a feeling we need alot more practice on that.

IG meeting after school, i was so exhausted ! I fell asleep during it. Looks like everything is coming together pretty well, and i have to start on the notice board design soon. Trouble is i can't seem to find the freaking time !

In other news DISNEYWORLD TALK ! May 2nd ! I'M TOTALLY GOING !

Oh and week 0 was truly bitter sweet.
